Delivery of goods in New Zealand will proceed once your payment is confirmed.
Your product will be shipped by courier or Freight Company depending on your selection of goods.

Delivery normally is processed within 24 hours unless not in stock, if this is the case we will contact and inform you of the delivery date.
No claim shall be made by you on account of late delivery however caused. Late delivery shall not constitute a breach of this contract by us, and you shall not be entitled to cancel the contract because of late delivery.
If you want to cancel your purchase before goods have been dispatched and are in stock. Please contact us immediately. If goods have been ordered specially they will NOT be able to be cancelled.

Unless stated otherwise, all items carry a 12 month warranty (some products have longer warranties).

If you think your goods are faulty, simply contact us by E mail or call us.
Once we have received your goods we will assess them and contact you to discuss the options. At first instance, we will organize to repair or replace the goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced we will refund the purchase price.
Proof of purchase needed
Like every retailer we require proof of purchase for returns. Ideally, this will be a copy of your receipt.
If you do not have a copy of your receipt, we will need as many details as possible about your transaction, such as date of purchase, payment method, etc and we will try to find your transaction in the computer.
Any refunds will be made using the same form as the original payment and will exclude the cost of freight. However, replacement goods will be sent to you freight free.

Don’t get caught out with cheap imitations! Only D-Flector Stone Guards are manufactured in Australia using heavy duty rip-stop mesh, to suit the harshest conditions, and are backed by a 3 year warranty.
We do give a lifetime warranty to the first owner of the boatcatch.
This includes free replacement of any moving part. So if a breakage occurs, email or phone us. We will work out just what components you need and send them to you asap. We do want to hear from you should something wear or break.

*All LSM products are Guaranteed to be free from mfg. defects upon dispatch. Warranties are fully transferable with purchase receipt. Warranty does not cover rope, chain, or cable. Warranty does not cover improper installation. Warranty does not cover winches installed with incorrect cable size or type, please see our wiring looms page for details. LSM warranty does not cover motors or gearboxes which have been opened or tampered with without prior consent. Warranty does not cover solenoids or circuit breakers with water damage but it does cover them from internal failure. All LSM products must be purchased through authorised dealers. Warranty repairs inside the warranty period include return freight. Winches must be used for pulling anchors only. Warranty does not cover winches used for any other purpose without prior written consent from LSM. Warranties for all LSM custom fabricated products are on an individual basis.
